WHAT IS PSYCHOANALYTIC PSYCHOTHERAPY?
An introduction.

Psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy are types of psychological talking therapy which are interested in exploring, unravelling and understanding both your conscious and unconscious communications and processes and the way in which you relate to yourself and others.

I will mostly discuss psychoanalytic psychotherapy, as this is the method I have been trained in and continue to be trained in, as it is a type of therapy where there is always something new to be learned as we explore our interior world.
