Track 3 and 4 together make the Bodyscan Meditation, which anyone can use to develop a nurturing and positive relationship with their body.
If you would like to slow the meditation down, pause it between sections to suit your needs.
Why do the Bodyscan Meditation?
To help you develop a greater awareness of your body and how your mind interacts with your body, through your senses and your breath. Often people find that they feel very relaxed after doing the Bodyscan, this is not it’s primary purpose but it can be a helpful consequence of your practice.
